Here are six things to know before you set your alarm for Friday.

1.MASK MANDATE? The city of Claremore will vote on a mask mandate Friday. The council’s special session starts at 6 p.m.

2.BOOKS TO GO: Starting Friday, all Tulsa City-County libraries will be curbside only until further notice. The decision comes after library leaders consulted with the Tulsa Health Department.

3.GLOBAL LEADERS: President Trump will take part in the G-20 Leader’s summit Friday. It’s virtual this year and will feature the heads of the governments of the 19 leading industrialized nations plus the EU.

4.NO FRIDAY NIGHT MUSIC: ‘Friday’s In the Loft’ was moved from the Fly Loft to First Presbyterian Church of Tulsa but has now been canceled. The Tulsa Symphony Orchestra said many of their musicians have tested positive for COVID-19.

5.START THE HOLIDAY SHOPPING: Get a jumpstart on holiday shopping. An Affair of the Heart starts Friday at Tulsa’s Expo Square. You can browse booths from hundreds of unique retailers, selling everything from houseware, decorations, clothing, toys, art and more from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

6.ROAD TO GOLDEN FOOTBALL: It’s Week 2 of the high school football playoffs Friday night. Our Game of the Week is Broken Arrow at Union. They’ve both won state titles in the last four years and it’s their fourth matchup in the last year and a half.
