University of Oklahoma Police are investigating an altercation that broke out in the stands during the Bedlam game on Saturday that left one person injured.

The altercation was between an OSU equipment manager and OU fans in the stands during the first half of the game

According to OU police, the equipment manager went into the stands to get a football after a field goal and ended up getting in some sort of fight with OU fans.

The University of Oklahoma released a statement that said OU police would be investigating the incident.

"physical contact by any fan with an employee of any team is unacceptable. The department condemns the behavior of the involved fans, and once the individuals are identified, they will be banned from attending any future OU athletic events."

According to police, during the altercation, the equipment manager suffered a broken rib.
