Teacher Of The Day: Renee Smith

We want to recognize a special teacher today as part of our daily Something Good segment.

Renee Smith is a special education teacher at Skiatook Intermediate Elementary School.

The person who nominated her said she has organized back-to-school drives and Christmas gift drives out of her home.

They said hundreds of families have been helped because of her caring personality.

The person said Miss Smith does this all while teaching kids with special needs and she is an example of someone doing Something Good in Oklahoma.
