Veteran Salute: Vernon Crownover

News On 6 is continuing to recognize veterans across Green Country who are making a difference in their community.

Today, we are recognizing Vernon Crownover.

Vernon served nine years in the Army and was deployed during the Vietnam War.

We're told, he's always taking care of his family and would help a stranger at the drop of a hat.
