Veteran Salute: Larry Wibben

News On 6 is continuing to recognize veterans across Green Country who are making a difference in their communities.

Today, we are recognizing Larry Wibben.

Larry retired from the Navy after 25 years of service.

We're told he was looking for a hobby and took up quilting along with his wife Elaine.

He volunteers his time by working with the Quilts Of Valor group in Broken Arrow.

He has quilted over 300 quilts for the Quilts Of Valor group, plus family and friends.
