Tulsa Day Center Believes Homeless Man Died Due To Cold Weather Exposure

The Tulsa Day Center said a homeless man died from the cold weather near their shelter Thursday afternoon.

They said the man was camping nearby in a sleeping bag.

The Day Center and John 3:16 Mission stress that they will find a spot for anyone who needs shelter from the cold.
