Emergency crews told News On 6 “everything is going smoothly” when it comes to handling the snow.
Brandon Wren is the Assistant Wagoner County Emergency Manager. Wren said the county only has 16 plows. So far, there have been no major wrecks, and only minor fender-benders and some water line breaks.
“So far we’ve been really lucky the way the winter storm has impacted us— we have waterline breaks or winter stuff like that, but so far nothing really out of the ordinary, nothing severe,” said Wren.
Crews said drivers should still be mindful of side streets and neighborhoods, because there is still a lot of neighborhoods that have not been plowed.
