The Sapulpa Rural Water Company said they have shut down pumps to due to a water shortage.
The company said the district just northwest of the town is having to conserve water. The company said they only have what’s currently in the tanks and urge residents to conserve their water.
Water lines across the area are experiencing outages due to the ongoing freezing temperatures, including 120 water line breaks in Tulsa.
Sapulpa RWC said, at this point, they don't expect the pumps to be back on by Thursday.
