Troopers Rescue Woman Who Crashed Into Frozen Creek

A woman who crashed her car into an icy creek is safe thanks to two OHP troopers who rescued her.

Troopers said the woman was hurt in the crash Monday on Highway 86 in Payne County, and could not get out of her car on her own. Troopers said they used a rope to get down to the car, got the woman to climb out of a window, then carried her to safety.

OHP said the wind chill was -25 when they arrived at the scene.
