Dept. Of Housing & Urban Development Give Okla. Housing Authorities $25 Million

The Department of Housing and Urban Development is giving Oklahoma housing authorities $25 million.

The grant money is through HUD's Capital Fund Program and will be split between the state's 100 housing authorities.

The money can be used to build, to renovate, and to modernize public housing.

Oklahoma's funding is part of nearly $3 billion being split among all 50 states.
