Tulsa County deputies arrested a man accused of leading officers on a high-speed chase that lasted 40 miles and went through three counties.

An OSU police officer tried to stop Jermaine Dickerson early Wednesday morning near the OSU Center for Health Sciences after noticing he was swerving out of his lane and driving super slow.

Officers said he refused to stop and sped up to 110 miles per hour. They said he had red, bloodshot eyes and said he ran because he only had a year left on his parole.

They eventually stopped chasing him near Inola, but Mayes County deputies stopped hum on Highway 69 south of Choteau.
