Man In Custody Accused Of Raping 14-Year-Old Multiple Times

A man is behind bars, charged with raping a 14-year-old girl several times.

Court records show that 22-year-old Devote Miller offered a 14-year-old runaway a ride in January. Records show he bought her food, gave her marijuana and raped her at his home once she fell asleep.

Investigators said he later assaulted her two more times.

The victim eventually convinced him to drive her to a QuikTrip, where she was picked up by a friend.
