Amazing Oklahoman: Jerry Jewett

Wednesday’s amazing Oklahoman helped a Tulsa daycare stay open in the aftermath of last month’s winter storm.

Jerry Jewett noticed workers at Small Wonders Academy were struggling to shovel their parking lot with small shovels, so he went home to get his big shovel and came back to help them.

Friends said he has a can-do attitude and a generous heart.
