A volunteer firefighter has been arrested in Washington County, accused of lighting the fires he would go out and fight.
Dakoda Davis was arrested on two counts of second-degree arson. He was a member of the Ochelata Fire Department.
Prosecutors said Davis confessed to setting 19 fires around Washington and Osage County, including two structure fires and several fires on one man’s ranch. They said Davis went out with other firefighters to put out almost all of those fires.
