Suspect Found In Trash Can After Fleeing From OCPD, Multi-Vehicle Accident

Oklahoma City police arrested a suspect after he fled a multi-vehicle accident and hid in a trash can in northwest OKC.

The suspect was involved in a police pursuit that ended around 8 a.m. Wednesday. Authorities said it terminated the pursuit due to the suspect's behavior.

Approximately 40 minutes after the pursuit ended, the suspect was involved in a multi-vehicle accident near Lake Hefner Parkway and Northwest 63rd Street.

The suspect, who drove a white Lexus, left the scene where he was later found in a trash can at the 6500 block of St. Clair Avenue and taken into custody.
