OESC Hosting Career Fairs Across Oklahoma
The Oklahoma Employment Security Commission will host seven career fairs and a virtual career fair in May. CARES Act funding will be used so participating employers will not have to pay registration fees.
The career fairs will be at the Tulsa Expo Square May 6-7, at McAlester Expo Center May 10, at Enid Stride Bank Center May 12, at Lawton Hilton Garden Inn May 14, at the Oklahoma City Convention Center May 17-18 and will be held virtually May 5-28.

Oklahoma Historical Society Announces 2021 Oklahoma History Conference Details
The Oklahoma Historical Society has announced the line-up and theme for the 2021 Oklahoma History Conference.
This year's conference will feature Muscogee Creek poet, playwright and author Joy Harjo, who holds the title of Incumbent U.S. Poet Laureate.
It will also feature author, professor and lawyer Hannibal Johnson and there will be a special performance by the Red Dirt Rangers.
This year's theme is 'Perspectives in History."
The conference will be held virtually on April 22nd and 23rd.
