Tulsa Police Arrest 2 Men Connected To Series Of Burglaries

Tulsa police arrested two men they say are involved in a series burglary.

According to police, a citizen saw the two men checking the doors of cars parked behind a used car dealership near 41st and Memorial and called the police. When officers arrived, they saw Stephen Kite and Joseph Abbott in an SUV behind the business. While searching the vehicle, police say they found burglary tools and items taken during a home burglary last month. Police arrested both men for attempted burglary, possessing stolen property, and possession of burglary tools.

Officers say Kite is also facing four additional burglary charges from other cases.
