Tulsa Police Arrest Man Accused Of Shooting Estranged Wife, Man

Tulsa Police arrested a man who they say shot his estranged wife and another man earlier this month.

Documents said the two victims were in a truck while Jesus Silva followed them for several miles until they pulled into a parking lot.

Police said the victims told officers Silva got out of the car and shot them both before they could drive off. They said one victim drove the truck to a safe place where an ambulance picked them up. Both victims survived.

Silva is in the Tulsa County Jail Monday night.
