Day two of testimony finished Wednesday in the federal murder trial of former Tulsa Police officer Shannon Kepler.
The former officer was tried four times for shooting and killing his daughter’s friend. Kepler is being tried for a fifth time, this time in federal court because of the Supreme Court ruling on tribal jurisdiction.

12 more witnesses were called to the stand to testify Wednesday, including Kepler’s daughter, Lisa Kepler.
She testified she loves her father and forgives him. However, it got heated when prosecutors tried to point out inconsistencies in her story.
Wednesday’s witnesses included the forensic pathologist who performed the autopsy on Lake, law enforcement, and Jeremey Lake's friend who was a witness to the shooting.
Lake's friend testified he was at a home with Lake and Kepler's daughter, when he saw a black SUV drive up, and then Lake was shot twice. He also testified the person in the SUV fired three more rounds towards the house.
A big topic in the case the last two days has been whether Lake had a gun during the shooting, because a gun was found in an interview room at Tulsa Police the next day.
Kepler's attorney repeatedly asked Lakes friend if he took the gun and hid it, and the friend said no.
Kepler's daughter testified she saw her dad, Shannon, in the black SUV at the scene, talked to him, then walked away and heard three gun shots.
She said when she looked back, Lake fell to the ground and the SUV drove off.
The trial will resume Thursday morning at 9 a.m.
