An Animal Rescue in Skiatook raised more than $70,000 in just 36 hours this week.
On Tuesday, Skiatook Paws and Claws had to stop accepting animals because of mounting vet bills. The shelter owes about $50,000 after a litter of dogs came in very sick. The shelter says they're thankful for the support from the community and say they are able to take in new animals again.
