Family Dog Killed In Early Morning House Fire

A Tulsa family's pet dog was killed in an early morning house fire that broke out near East 31st Street and South Garnett Road on Wednesday.

Firefighters said that a woman and her baby were inside of the house at the time and were able to escape unhurt.

According to fire officials, a family dog. that was inside of the house. was not able to escape and died in the fire.

Crews are still investigating the cause of the fire.
