Motorcyclist Injured In Crash In SW OKC

Emergency crews responded to an injury accident Thursday in southwest Oklahoma City.

Police said a motorcyclist crashed into a pickup in the 2100 block of S. May Ave.

According to the report, the driver of the pickup said they misjudged the speed of the motorcycle before pulling out of the laundromat parking lot.

Police spoke with witnesses at the scene to determine what happened.

The motorcyclist was taken to OU Medical with reported leg injuries.

Authorities said the rider is expected to live.
