1 Killed After Driving Off The Road In Delaware County

Oklahoma Highway Patrol said one woman is dead after driving off the road in Delaware County.

OHP said the wreck happened on Highway 59 near Jay, Okla.

They said the victim, 21, was driving in the rain when another vehicle's headlights caused her to drift off the road, spin-out, and hit a tree.

The driver died on the scene, while her 19-year-old passenger was treated for injuries and released.
