Tulsa Police and fire crews are on the scene of a crash involving a City of Tulsa dump truck.

Riverside Dr. at 21st St was closed down to one lane after a car slammed into the truck causing its trailer and an excavator to tip over. Crews have managed to get the overturned trailer and vehicle back up, with the excavator appearing to be in working condition.
