Amazing Oklahoman: Shannon Bomboy

Thursday’s amazing Oklahoman is a coach and educator who has made a big difference in the lives of many kids.

Shannon Bomboy is a head coach with Special Olympics Oklahoma, and she works with Little Axe Public Schools in Cleveland County.

From Zoom dance parties to an Easter egg hunt, Shannon loves to make sure these kids have an amazing time. She even organized a Special Olympics prom for students who missed out last year.
