Memorial Service Set For 19-Year-Old Crash Victim

The memorial service for a 19-year-old who was hit and killed by a driver who took off is set for Wednesday.

Everyone is invited to attend the service for Dallas Lowry at Core Church in Broken Arrow. Dallas recently graduated from the Oklahoma School for the Deaf.

Instead of flowers, his family is asking for donations to a scholarship fund in his honor at the school.
