Former Chouteau School District Employee Pleads Guilty To Rape

A former employee for the Chouteau School District pleaded guilty to rape but won’t go to prison for having a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old student.

42-year-old Jennifer Frazier pleaded guilty to one count of second-degree rape and one count of manufacturing child porn.

Her 10-year sentence was suspended by the judge. Frazier will have to register as a sex offender for the rest of her life.
