Tulsa Library Hosts Discussion On Hate Crimes Against Asian Americans Across The Country

Reported hate crimes against Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders have risen sharply over the past year across the United States, and people in Tulsa want to do something about it. The Tulsa City-County Library hosted a discussion June 17, talking about what may have led to the recent anti-Asian violence around the country.

Folds Of Honor FreedomFest Returns To Tulsa

The Folds of Honor FreedomFest presented by QuikTrip is returning to Tulsa on July 4th. They will have fireworks, live music, food trucks, inflatables and more fun for the kids. You can find more information here.

The Tail Gate Bash this year gives you special access to one of the 60 exclusive parking spots inside River West Festival Park. Tailgaters are welcome to bring propane grills, food and beverages of their choice, a pop-up tent for shade and chairs and tables.

Reynold's Hiring Rookie Griller As "Chief Grilling Officer"

Reynold's is looking for a grilling rookie to learn "The art of the barbecue" and the payout is $10,000.

According to Reynold's, the ideal candidate is known to burn more burgers than cook them.

Newbie grillers can apply for the gig by sending Reynold's theirr best "Grill-fail" photo.

Future grill masters have until Friday, June 18 to apply.
