The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has identified the individuals involved in a multi-vehicle wreck that killed two and hospitalized two others on Tuesday afternoon.

Troopers say the crash occurred around 5:43 p.m. on US-64, just south of Smith Ferry Road in Muskogee County.

According to Troopers, 84-year-old Bill Morris was traveling northbound on US-64 in a Dodge pickup truck when he crossed over into the southbound lane and was hit by a Cadillac SUV driven by 18-year old Heaven Clark and then hit again by a Hyundai Sonata driven by 55-year-old Brenda Brown carrying 85-year-old passenger Lula Bell Childs.

Troopers said 84-year-old Morris died on scene due to injuries sustained during the crash. 85-year-old Lula Bell Childs died at St. Francis Hospital early on Wednesday morning from injuries sustained during the crash.

Emergency crews transported two other individuals to the hospital, one of which was admitted in serious condition.

Troopers say that Morris was experiencing a medical episode at the time of the crash.
