OHP Troopers Identify Tulsa Man Who Drowned In Lake Keystone

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a 22-year-old man from Tulsa drowned in Lake Keystone over the weekend.

According to troopers, Joseph Ballard Jr. was swimming at Rock Creek Near Prue on Sunday around 4:30 p.m.

Troopers said Ballard was swimming across the cove when he panicked and began to struggle, he then went under that water and never resurfaced.
