Victim Identified In Weekend Shooting; Tulsa Police Find More Than 80 Shell Casings

Tulsa Police have identified the man who was killed on Saturday near East 27th and N Boston Place.

27-year-old Daquan Ratliff was found wounded in the street by officers after reports of a shooting Saturday night. Ratliff was transported to a hospital where he was later pronounced dead. Tulsa Police say investigators found 86 shell casings at the scene.
