Tulsa Police Ask For Help Identifying Man Wanted For Questioning

Tulsa police are asking for help identifying a person wanted for questioning in a shooting.

Officer say they want to talk with the man caught on camera after someone shot at a car with several people inside. Officers say they believe the man is involved.
