Watermelon Peach Salsa

Welcome to the Cooking Corner! Today, A.C. Marshall of Marshall Family Catering joins us this afternoon and today he's going to show us how to make Watermelon Peach Salsa!

INGREDIENTS:

1. 1/4 diced watermelon
2. 3 diced peaches
3. mixed red onion, jalapeño and cilantro
4. a shot of lime juice
5. veggie seasoning (any kind)

DIRECTIONS:

Mix all the ingredients carefully in a bowl without smashing the fruit, and it is ready to serve. It pairs well with fish cooked any type of way. Enjoy!
