An Owasso man accused of kidnapping a seven-year-old girl in Tulsa is now dead.
The Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office said Christopher Webb was supposed to appear in court Friday, after he was charged with one count of kidnapping, but deputies said Webb died by suicide.
Deputies said Webb grabbed the girl in June while she was playing outside and pulled her into his truck as she was kicking and screaming.
