Oklahomans Turn Out In Force To Help With Hurricane Ida Recovery Effort

The cleanup continues in Louisiana after Hurricane Ida left a path of destruction across the state.

Rescue crews are working to get to those people and bring them to safety. Crews from several different Oklahoma agencies have made the trip down to Louisiana to help with the recovery effort. News's On 6's Craig Day and Reagan Ledbetter have been following the story.

Oklahomans and many others from nearby states have swarmed into Houma, Louisiana, one of the hardest hit areas in the state. Reagan Ledbetter reports.
