Tulsa Man Accused Of Assaulting Victim With Stepladder After Threatening To Steal Car

Tulsa Police arrested a man who they said assaulted another man with a stepladder after threatening to take his car.

Police said Alvin Everett approached the victim, who was smoking in his garage near 31st and Harvard yesterday morning, demanded he give him his car and threatened to kill him.

They said when the victim refused, Everett climbed on top f the car and the two got into a fight before Everett ran away.

Officers later found him on 41st Street.
