Just in time for the first weekend of fall, Pumpkin Town Farms opened in Tulsa on Friday.
It’s the 22nd year in a row for the family-friendly fall event. There are more than 25 attractions including a corn maze, train rides, the pumpkin blaster, face painting and a petting zoo. There are also horse-drawn hayrides on the weekends. It didn't take long for families to fill Pumpkin Town Farms on opening day.
Co-owner Brigette Salayta says her family's been preparing since the Fourth of July.
"We're a small family-owned business. So to be able to welcome other people and their families to come and have a safe, fun space to come to. It just makes our hearts happy,” Salayta said.
"Some of our most popular attractions are our thunder mountain slides, we have a giant inflatable called the jumping pillow, it's super fun for adults and kids,” Salayta said.
You can get tickets online or at the door.
Kids ages two and under can go for free. Plus, if you bring a canned food item for Foods for Kids, you will get a dollar off your ticket. Pumpkin Town Farms is open every day from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. until Halloween.
