As we emerge from one of the hardest years in most people's lives, one guest, who joined the News On 6 team on Tuesday, shared her story to help others.

The author of the book is Lisa Bain and she joined the 6 In The Morning team on Tuesday to talk about a special event coming up this weekend.

The Inspire Expo will take place this Saturday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.at the Stokely Event Center.
