A man who admitted to threatening the President and members of Congress will undergo a psych exam. In August, John Ahrens admitted to sending the threatening emails to News On 6 over the summer, threatening to kill President Biden and members of Congress.

TULSA, Oklahoma -

A man who admitted to threatening the President and members of Congress will undergo a psych exam.

In August, John Ahrens admitted to sending the threatening emails to News On 6 over the summer, threatening to kill President Biden and members of Congress.

Ahrens was arrested after we reported the threats.

Ahrens is scheduled to appear in federal court again in February.
