A Collinsville man accused of keeping more than 100 animals in terrible living conditions has forfeited his legal rights to the animals.

A Collinsville man accused of keeping more than 100 animals in terrible living conditions has forfeited his legal rights to the animals.

The Tulsa Humane Society said a lot of animals have already been adopted but there are still chickens and goats in need of a new home. It's $25 to adopt an animal.

60-year-old Samual Smith and 55-year-old Michelle Garnett are charged with 20 counts of animal cruelty.
