Tulsa Man Sentenced To 15 Years In Prison For Fatal Shooting

A Tulsa man will spend the next 15 years in prison for shooting and killing a man in May.

On Monday, 24-year-old Matthew Peel pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of manslaughter in the death of 30-year-old Kendre Mincy.

Mincy was walking near 31st and Harvard when Peel drove up, shot him several times and drove away.
