This New Year's resolutions are like any other, with fitness being a priority for many people. There are always ways to structure your fitness goals.
Shannon Rousseau is joined by Michael Wittig to discuss how you can make your fitness goals achievable.
Michael Wittig said, "Have a clearly defined starting point and then measurable goals that can be measured with some kind of data."
"We want to make sure our goals are realistic," said Wittig.
Wittig's tips for achievable resolutions include clearly defined goals, measurable goals, setting a timetable, and setting a plan while being able to let it change.
