Teenage Suspect Arrested, Accused Of Killing 13-Year-Old Boy

Prosecutors in Tulsa charged a 13-year-old boy as an adult, with first-degree murder for a deadly shooting.

Documents say Skyler Neill shot and killed another 13-year-old boy, Lamar Norman, at the Savanna Landing apartments near 61st and Peoria last Monday.

Because of the suspect's age, officers are not releasing any other details.
