Griddled Corned Beef Reuben Wrap
1½# Shaved Cooked Corned Beef
2 cups Sauerkraut, drained well
2 cups Shredded Swiss Cheese
2 cups Baby Spinach
1 cup 1000 Island Dressing
4 12” Flour Tortillas
Layout flour tortillas and spread 1000 island dressing evenly over all; mound corned beef in center along with drained sauerkraut, Swiss cheese & baby spinach. Roll wrap tightly and tuck in edges to seal.
Heat non-stick skillet with vegetable oil; trim the ends of the wrap and cut each into five evenly cut pieces. Add to skillet and brown on both side until cheese is melted and warm throughout.
Arrange on plate and serve with additional 1000 Island dressing for dipping. Makes 4 wraps
