If you’re looking to enjoy the outdoors this weekend, Sunday is your day to do it.
This afternoon, Tulsa is expecting to have the high temperature top out in the mid-60s with a comfortable east wind blowing in between 10 and 15 miles per hour.
While relative humidity numbers will likely be low for Monday, Green Country’s low-end fire threat doesn’t quite compare to the high or extreme fire danger expected for portions of western and central Oklahoma. Monday’s highs for most of the metro will be in the upper 70s.
According to News On 6 Meteorologist Megan Gold, increased cloud cover will move in Tuesday which will open the door for rain late Tuesday and early Wednesday.
This wave of rainy weather will move out during the day Wednesday, but a cold front could bring more rain by next weekend.
