Chef Joseph from Montereau joined the show Tuesday at noon to show us how to make thai shrimp curry.

Thai Shrimp Curry
Ingredients:
1 Tbs. Lime Leaves Ground
2 Tbs. Curry Powder
2 tsp. Lemon Grass, minced
2 tsp. Garlic, minced
2 tsp. Ginger, minced
1 Tbs. Fish Sauce
½ cup Canola Oil
1 Tbs. Sesame Oil
¼ cup Coconut Milk
Shrimp, as desired
½ each Bell Peppers, Julienne
¼ each Onion, Julienne
¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
Directions:
1. Take first seven ingredients and mix in a bowl until well combined.
2. Add to shrimp and marinade overnight.
3. Place sauté pan over medium heat, and add sesame oil, onions, and peppers. Saute for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add shrimp with a couple of tablespoons of the marinade to the pan. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Add coconut milk and mix until emulsified.
6. Serve over rice or noodles & garnish with chopped cilantro.
