OSU Police Offering Rape Aggression Defense Systems Course

The OSU Police Department is encouraging women to sign up for its defense classes. Rape Aggression Defense Systems, also called RAD, is a program of realistic self-defense tactics and techniques.

The OSU Police Department is encouraging women to sign up for its defense classes.

Rape Aggression Defense Systems, also called RAD, is a program of realistic self-defense tactics and techniques.

The comprehensive course functions on awareness, prevention, risk reduction and avoidance as well as hands-on self-defense training.

It's a 12-hour course, over four nights.

This is taught by certified RAD instructors and is open to women of all ages.

You do not have to be an OSU student to sign up.
