The OKPOP museum that was just built in Downtown Tulsa will not get any of Oklahoma's remaining COVID relief funds.
The museum had asked for $20 million to help complete the facility, but the request was denied.
The museum says it will now rely on donations and sponsorships to get the funding needed to open.
An opening date for the museum has not yet been set.
