WATCH: Gov. Kevin Stitt Signs House Bill 4369

Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt ceremoniously signed House Bill 4369 Wednesday morning.

The governor's office said the bill will incentivize compliance with parole and workforce participation by reducing the time inmates serve on supervised parole.
