The City of Tulsa is wrapping up its latest excavation at Oaklawn Cemetery as it searches for possible victims from the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre.
According to the city, archeologists exhumed three new burials and took them to the on-site bone lab on Thursday.
Since October 26, archeologists have found a total of 32 burials and exhumed eight of them for further analysis.
The city says it is wrapping up the latest excavation on Thursday.
City officials will hold a news conference on Friday afternoon at 2 p.m. to update the next steps of the investigation.
